Screen Information Not Visible In Moab (iPhone)

If users are not able to fully view the screen in the Moab mobile app, the issue is likely caused by the iPhone's Display Zoom setting. While the Display Zoom setting is still enabled, the user can scroll horizontally to the right to view the additional data column. When Display Zoom is set to "Larger Text," the screen width is reduced (to 320 pixels), which causes the Moab layout to be cut off, hiding columns such as the quantity field.

How to fix it

Have the affected user follow these steps on their iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Go to Display & Brightness.

  3. Tap Display Zoom.

  4. Select Default (instead of "Larger Text").

This restores the screen width to 390 pixels, which allows the full Moab layout to display correctly.
